Policies

  • Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is a gross error on MY part, in which case, I will request the tumbler sent back for inspection, and will either fix it or replace it if need be.                              

  • Cancellations with refund must be requested within 24 hours of order being placed or they will not be honored! NO EXCEPTIONS!                                           

  • Production time are estimates so if you place an order and you need it for a special occasion please contact me so that I can make sure to get it to you in time. Please check our social media sites especially Instagram and our home page of the website for updates and changes in regards to production times.

  • Please allow up to 2 business days from the time a shipping label is created for your order for your item to be packed and dropped off/picked up by USPS and tracking information to update. You will receive an emailed USPS tracking number when your order has shipped.  

  • Only one discount code may be applied per order.

  • Please allow me 24-48 hours to return any messages or emails excluding weekends.
